C. Assembly — Continued

Install two electrical brushes (25) and two screws (24).

Install end cover (27) and two screws (26).

Feed electrical leads (11) through grommet hole (22) and install motor assembly (23). Install new grommet

(21).

Install four flat washers (19), four screws (18), and new Iockwire (17) to front of housing (20).

Install noise filter (8), four flat washers (15), four screws (14), ground wire (16), and new Iockwire (13).

Rewire noise filter (8). See schematic for complete instructions.

Connect four electrical leads (11) to noise filter terminals (12) and install four new Iockwashers (10) and four

nuts (9).

Install noise filter cover (7), two new Iockwashers (6), and two nuts (5) to noise filter (8).

Install shaft key (4), impeller (3), two washers (2), and nut (1).
